Cycle 1-Train for Life (KC) Registration Form
Train for Life (KC) is a 12 week Special Olympics Missouri program that focuses on overall wellness. This program will be run out of Freight House Fitness. The address is (1618 Wyoming Street 64102). This program will start on Jan 22nd and run through April 9th. There will be a once a week in person fitness component each Thursday at 3:00-4:00 PM. Please see the weekly agenda below: -Fitness Workouts•1 x 60 Minute workout in-person with the Train 4 Life™ Coach•-2 x 30 Minute at-home workouts provided to the athletes, -1 virtual fitness session, and -1 virtual education• -SIGN UP NOW AS SPOTS WILL BE LIMITED TO 15 Athletes. This is only open to KC and surrounding area athletes and this is a FREE program! There is no cost to the athlete.
