1. IMAGES ACCEPTED - This is The Best of 2025 magazine - We are Looking for YOUR BEST IMAGES - of all genres

2. MODEL RELEASES - We no longer require that you SUBMIT a model release to us. However, by submitting images, you are agreeing that you have a signed model release on file from your client and that they are ok with you submitting images for publication.

3. IMAGE QUALITY - WE PREFER AN 8X10 CROP - NO LOGO ON YOUR IMAGES - High Res Images only (300 dpi)

4. BEST OF MAGAZINES - Because this is a "BEST OF THE YEAR" Magazine, Images for THE BEST OF 2025 MAY be images that been published by us before. You may also submit images for this magazine that have appeared in other magazines. Additionally, you may also submit images that you have never submitted before. This magazine is inclusive of ALL genres.

5. YOUR CLIENTS - Image submisssions must be of YOUR PAYING CLIENTS, and must have been taken by you. If you have images you have taken of your own teen that you want to submit, you can....but only if the Majority of images being submitted are of your clients.

6. NUMBER OF IMAGES
You may submit ONE image FREE of charge. Just select 1 image at the bottom of this form.
The more images you submit, the higher your chances are of making it into the magazine. Most people submit between 20-50 images - some submit more and some submit less.

7. NO REFUNDS - There will be no refunds of submission fees - No Exceptions.

8. PUBLISH DATE - Anticipated Magazine Publish Date - LAST DAY IN January 2026

HELPFUL TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF BEING PUBLISHED:

a. Variety is KEY. The more images you submit, the greater your chances are of getting into the magazine because you are submitting a variety of images for us to choose from.

Most photographers submit at least 3-4 images of EACH client and most submit at least 4-5 clients. Some do more.

When you see a magazine with many images from one photographer, it's because they submitted a large number of quality images.

We are cutting back on including multiple images with the exact same background, although they may be of different models. So please be aware.

b. DO NOT include any logo or watermark on your images. You will be disqualified.

c. PLEASE READ the naming instructions in the next section.

We ALWAYS have photographers who do not follow the instructions for naming images. Improperly named images will be disqualified. We will no longer contact you if you have not named your images incorrectly.

IMPORTANT!!

IMAGE NAMING INSTRUCTIONS

1. BE SURE YOU ARE SPELLING ALL NAMES CORRECTLY, ae using CORRECT PUNCTUATION, CORRECT SPACING, and are using both Capital and Lower Case letters as you would like the to appear. Be sure to put a space to separate first and last name.

2. Put a HYPHEN after your photography name and before the client name(s) so that there is no question on your studio name and the cilent's names.

3. Follow this format below in naming images (include hyphens)

4. GROUPS - If your image includes more than one person, please list all full names in the order in which they appear.

It is very important that you use correct punctuation, spacing and spelling as we will copy the information directly from the image to the magazine Images will be name exactly as you indicate on the image itself. For groups, list each person's name individually.

Number of Images You Are Submitting For Consideration. The more images you submit, the cheaper it is. Note -- you may submit more than 50 images by checking multiple boxes or submitting multiple forms

IMAGE CONFIRMATION*

PERMISSIONS*

NOTE: You do not have to supply us with a copy of the release form, but by agreeing to this section, you are confirming that you have a model release in your possession.

NEW!!! READ THIS AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND

1. Create a Folder for your images in Dropbox. Name your Dropbox Folder on your computer with YOUR BUSINESS NAME. Place the images you are submitting into the folder.

2. DISQUALIFICATION - Can you use a sharing application other than Dropbox? Yes, BUT if you use Google Drive or any other sharring application, you need to BE SURE that you have enabled sharing. If we try to open your folder and get the message that we do not have permission, we will skip your submissions and you will be disqualified. Every magazine we have at least 2-3 photographers who have not enbled sharing so we are not able to access their images. We can no longer take the time or be responsible for trying to contact you to get permissions to view your images. This is your responsibility.

Again, if you are not using dropbox, but are using another sharing application such as Google Drive, BE SURE that you have shared the folder with me before you submit this form. The danger of using Google Drive is that it does not automatically share with me and I have to go back and forth with photographers requesting that they share it. I can no longer continue to make these requests, so If I receive your folder and it has not been pre-shared with me, I will not ask you to share it and your images will be disqualified because I cannot see them. I must be able to access it so be sure you have granted sharing permissions before you submit this form.

You may use Dropbox or Google Drive for your images. WE PREFER DROPBOX. COPY and PASTE a LINK to your DROPBOX FOLDER here . To do this on Dropbox, go to your dropbox folder, on the right hand side, click "SHARE". This will allow you to create a sharable link. Copy and paste your link here. Dropbox is preferred, but you may use GOOGLE DRIVE if you do not have dropbox. If you use GOOGLE DRIVE - YOU MUST GIVE US ACESS before posting your link. If you do not give us access, we will not be able to see your images. WE will not contact you, so be SURE that you set your files up and that you have grated us access to your folder.
