Meeting dates/times:

- Regular Board meetings usually occur on the 2nd Tuesday of each month and currently these take place in Sep, Nov, Jan, Mar, and May

- The AGM is usually in-person in June.

- Other committee or special meetings may be required on occasion.

- Board Terms are for a 3-year period up to a maximum of 2 consecutive Terms.
