• 1.Convention Fee:

    WEBC/ FCEF Member:              $750.00 VIP
    Non – WEBC/ FCEF Member:    $950.00 VIP

    Note: Convention Fee includes your participation, conference package, entertainment and all convention meals. 

    2. Payment Details:

    Convention Fee is due within 14 days after receipt of invoice. All registrations will automatically cancel if payments are not received within 14 days after issue of receipt. 

    Payments are to be made to the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCF) on Westpac a/c no. 37194200. 

    Ensure that your deposit narrative reads "WIN2026 - (YOUR NAME)" and forward a copy of the remittance slip by email to accounts@fcef.com.fj and webc@fcef.com.fj. 

    Please be advised that your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received. 

    3. Registration Deadline:

    WIN2026 Registration closes by COB Friday, 6th March 2026 unless sold out prior.

    4. Cancellation Policy:

    WIN202 refunds for Conference fees will be made on the following basis:

    i) Refund of 50% of registration fee if cancelled by Friday 13th February, 2026.
    ii) Refund of 20% of registration if cancelled by Friday 27th February 2026.
    iii) No refund applicable on any cancellations after the last day of February 2026.

    Saturday, 28th March, 2026 - To promote sustainability, please wear your previous WIN shirts/blouse.
    Saturday, 28th March, 2026 - Dinner Theme: Bold in Black

    By attending the WIN Convention, I hereby      * to WIN Convention Organizers to use photographs and/or videos taken of me during the event in promotional materials, publications, and on the FCEF website or other media outlets.

    By submitting this registration form, I affirm that all the information provided, including my name, contact details and shirt size, is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. Additionally, I acknowledge and agree to comply with the following: 

    • I understand that the convention fees are due before the specified deadline, which is Monday 2nd March 2026. I commit to making the necessary payment on or before the due date. Failure to meet this commitment may result in the cancellation of my registration. 
    • I further understand that the WIN Convention fees are non-refundable after the specified refund deadline.
