    As a labour-hire employee or contractor, you play an important role in supporting our clients across a wide range of industries.

    This Welcome Pack outlines the standards, expectations, and policies that help us create safe, fair, and productive workplaces for everyone.

    You’ll find information about:

    • What we expect from you on assignment,
    • Your responsibilities around safety, conduct, and professionalism,
    • How to report issues, hazards, or incidents, your obligations across all placements and
    • How we support you during your assignment.

    Please take time to read through each policy carefully.

    Your acknowledgement ensures you understand your responsibilities and helps us maintain high safety and performance standards.

  • 1. CODE OF CONDUCT

    Purpose:

    This Code of Conduct outlines the professional standards expected of all employees and contractors engaged through our labour-hire agency. When you work for any client or host employer, you represent both yourself and our company.

    Standards of Behaviour:

    You are expected to:

    • Conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
    • Attend work fit for duty and free from impairment.
    • Arrive on time and follow site start/finish times.
    • Follow all lawful and reasonable directions from supervisors, managers, and host-employer representatives.
    • Treat co-workers, supervisors, and clients with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
    • Maintain confidentiality regarding all workplace information.
    • Use company or client equipment responsibly and for work purposes only.
    • Present yourself in a neat, clean, and appropriate manner for the worksite.

    Unacceptable Behaviours Include:

    • Aggressive or abusive behaviour.
    • Theft, fraud, or misuse of property.
    • Violence, threats, intimidation, or damaging behaviour.
    • Attending work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
    • Intentional damage to property.

    Your Responsibility:

    You must comply with this Code at every placement and job site. Any breach may lead to disciplinary action and/or removal from the workplace.

  • 2. WORK HEALTH & SAFETY (WHS) POLICY

    Purpose:

    We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all workers, host employers, clients, and the community.

    Your WHS Responsibilities:

    As a worker, you must:

    • Take reasonable care for your own health and safety.
    • Ensure your actions do not harm others.
    • Follow all safety procedures, signage, and training provided by the host employer or our agency.
    • Use required PPE at all times.
    • Report all hazards, risks, unsafe conditions, injuries, and incidents immediately.
    • Never operate equipment without proper training or authorisation.
    • Notify us if you are unfit for work due to injury, illness, or medication.

    Our Commitment:

    We will:

    • Provide safe systems of work.
    • Ensure you are inducted before starting a placement.
    • Communicate hazards and risks.
    • Support you in incident reporting, safety concerns, and injury management.
  • 3. ANTI-BULLYING, HARASSMENT & DISCRIMINATION POLICY

    Purpose:

    We are committed to providing a workplace free from bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, and victimisation.

    Bullying Includes:

    • Repeated unreasonable behaviour
    • Humiliation, intimidation, insults, or exclusion
    • Threats or aggressive behaviour

    Harassment Includes:

    • Unwelcome jokes, comments, or gestures
    • Sexual comments or advances
    • Offensive messages, images, or emails

    Discrimination Includes:

    • Unfair treatment based on race, gender, age, disability, religion, or personal characteristics (protected under Australian law)

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Treat everyone with respect and fairness.
    • Avoid any behaviour that can reasonably be considered offensive or inappropriate.
    • Report unacceptable behaviour immediately.

    Reporting:

    You can report issues to:

    • Our agency
    • The host employer
    • A WHS representative


    Our Commitment:

    Reports will be taken seriously, handled confidentially, and acted on promptly.

  • 4. DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY

    Purpose:

    We operate a zero-tolerance approach to drugs and alcohol to maintain a safe and productive workplace.

    You Must Not:

    • Attend work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
    • Consume drugs or alcohol during work hours or on site.
    • Possess illegal drugs or substances at the workplace.
    • Refuse a lawful and reasonable request for drug and alcohol testing.

    Testing May Occur:

    • Randomly
    • For-cause (after an incident or suspicion)
    • As part of pre-employment screening

    Medication:

    If you take prescribed medication that may affect safety or performance, you must notify us or the host employer in writing.

    Consequences:

    Non-compliance may result in:

    • Removal from site
    • Termination of assignment
    • Disciplinary action
  • 5. SOCIAL MEDIA & PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT POLICY

    Purpose:

    This policy protects the privacy, reputation, and confidentiality of our business and our clients.

    You Must Not:

    • Post confidential, sensitive, or worksite information online.
    • Share photos/videos of worksites, equipment, clients, or co-workers.
    • Make negative, inappropriate, or offensive comments about our company, clients, co-workers, or host employers.
    • Represent the business online without authorisation.

    You May:

    Use social media personally outside of work hours, provided your behaviour does not impact your employment or the reputation of the business.

  • 6. PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

    Purpose:

    We collect and store personal information to place you into roles and manage employment obligations.

    We Commit To:

    • Protecting your privacy
    • Only sharing information with clients relevant to job placement
    • Storing information securely
    • Complying with Australian Privacy Laws

    You Agree To:

    • Keep all client information, worksite details, and internal processes confidential
    • Not share sensitive or private information with unauthorised people
    • Maintain professionalism when handling records or conversations
  • 7. DISCIPLINARY & CORRECTIVE ACTION POLICY

    Purpose:

    To provide a fair and consistent process for addressing performance issues, conduct concerns, or breaches of policy.

    May Include:

    • Verbal warnings
    • Written warnings
    • Training or re-induction
    • Removal from the workplace
    • Termination of assignment

    Serious Misconduct May Include:

    • Theft or fraud
    • Violence or threats
    • Safety breaches
    • Drug or alcohol violations
    • Harassment or discrimination
    • Wilful damage to property
  • 8. CANDIDATE DECLARATION

    I declare that:

    • The information I have provided is true and correct.
    • I agree to comply with all policies listed in this form.
    • I will follow all lawful and reasonable instructions from the host employer and agency.

    I will notify the agency immediately if:

    • My work rights change
    • My licence or qualification status changes
    • I am injured at work
    • I become unfit for work
    • My personal details change
