J B ‘Ragnar’ once roamed the pastures of The Longhorn Project at Johnson Space Center, where he stood as a living example of strength, structure, and the enduring spirit of Texas heritage. Ragnar represents a 5th generation pedigree with 70–90% saturation of classic Butler genetics. Butler cattle are known for their dramatic horn growth, signature double twists, sweeping lateral horn sets, and balanced facial symmetry marked by deep set eyes, strong jawlines, and expressive brows. Their conformation, diverse coat patterns, and distinctive speckling make them some of the most recognizable and historically significant bloodlines in the breed.
