2026 WSCGA Internship Application
The WSCGA internship will give a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to a career interest in the golf industry. The opportunity for career exploration and development, to learn new skills and bring new ideas and energy into the workplace, while developing talent.
WSCGA Internship Description

Reports to the Executive Director of the WSCGA

Data entry of players

All pre-event preparations including:
Pairings
Rules sheets
Scorecards
Score panels
Traveling supplies

A requirement to learn the Rules of Golf

Assist the Director of Member Services of the SCGA and WSCGA with Course Rating & Course Measurement

Assist the Executive Director and Tournament Director with Office & Tournament related duties

Assist Staff at events including:
Course set up
On course officiating
Scoreboard work including printing
Press releases
Web page updates and formatting
Social Media

Other duties as assigned by Executive Director or One Day Tournament Coordinator

WSCGA Intern Job Points of Interest:
Position to be based on a 3 month time frame – beginning and ending May – August (Dates are flexible on start and end dates)
Some travel & weekend work is required
Travel expenses will be handled by the Association when on duty
Paid Holidays
Compensation of approximately $2000 per month
