10u- 18u games are 75min Pool $55 /85 or 90min Bracket $60

* Open Ceremonies will be in Portland (Tuesday)

* Softballs will be provided 2 per game

Wednesday, June 24 all Pool Games with Softball Prayer @ 8:45 all teams invited to attend Pool games start @ 9:00 a.m.
Thursday, June 25 Bracket play begins Play 9:00 a.m. till
Friday June 26 Bracket play begins at 9:00 a.m. till
Saturday, June 27 bracket play begins at 8:00 a.m. till / championship games
Sunday, June 28 only used for rain out make-up games if needed.

No Seeds, No Gum, TEAM FINE $500 IF GUM OR SEEDS ARE FOUND IN DECK. SO IF THERE SEEDS DONT ENTER THE DUGOUT CALL THE UIC OR THE DIRECTOR BEFORE YOU ENTER. Only Molded Cleats

No outside food or drinks allowed (Includes personal drink tumblers & shelled foods) park rules $75 per item if found
Individual player water jugs allowed
No coolers allowed (Includes team coolers)

Pre-Order forms t-shirts, gate passes, and beach towels will be sent to coaches beginning in May. In order for your teams name to appear on the Tournament shirt, you must be registered by June 1st, 2026.
* Coaches, payments are due at minimum 4 weeks prior of event. If you have not paid, we will remove you and add a team from waiting list or pays. Also, we do not refund entries once teams have paid. If you choose not to play prior to schedule being released and we can replace you, we will hold a credit for a future event in the same season only. If you drop once schedule is released, we will not refund or hold credit you forfeit the payment.
