Financial Terms and Conditions

I understand that I am financially responsible for the Valentines Day Parents night out event fee for the evening of Friday, February 14 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Once payment is submitted there will be no refunds. The cost is 35 dollars for the first child and 25 dollars for each additional sibling. I agree to pay for any incidental fees related to my child's participation in the event. There are no deductions for absence, illness or any circumstances outside of Celebree School control, including but not limited to power or utility outages and states of emergency. Payment will be processed electronically using the payment method I provide. Cash will not be accepted. If payment is returned for insufficient funds, a fee of 35 dollars will be charged and my child's attendance may be canceled. A late fee of 1 dollar per minute per child will be charged for pick up after 9:00 PM. The fee must be paid by February 9th 2026. If a child is still in care 15 minutes past closing, emergency contacts will be called. If contact cannot be reached within two hours, Child Protective Services may be notified. Celebree School reserves the right to remove a child from the event at its discretion due to inappropriate behavior by the child or parent. Celebree School is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. If my child damages property belonging to Celebree School due to negligence outside of planned activities, I will be responsible for repair or replacement costs. I agree to sign my child in and out. Anyone picking up must be listed on the Emergency Contact Card and show photo identification. In the event Celebree School or its employees are required to participate in any legal matter involving me or my child, I agree to reimburse all related expenses including legal fees and staff time. I understand that this agreement applies only to this specific event and may be updated for future events with 30 days notice. Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Baltimore, Maryland. The filing party will pay the filing fees.

The arbitrator may award legal fees and costs to the prevailing party. I release Celebree School and its employees from all claims or liabilities connected to my child's participation in this event including any injury that may occur. I have received, read and agree to the policies in the Celebree School Parent Handbook.

This Agreement will be governed by Maryland law and shall be applicable to and inure to the benefit of Celebree School, its affiliates and successors.

Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization for CREDIT CARD and BANK ACCOUNT

I (we) hereby authorize Celebree School to initiate credit card charges to the below-referenced credit card account (Section A) OR, initiate debit entries to my (our) checking or savings account, indicated below (Section B I (we) authorize Celebree School to withdraw sufficient funds to pay my (our) regular camp tuition and/or other camp related fees which are due and payable. To properly affect the cancellation of this agreement, I (we) are required to give 30 days written notice. Credit Union Members: Please contact your Credit Union to verify account and routing numbers for automatic payments.
