By registering for attendance, either in person or remotely, I acknowledge and accept that all debates will be photographed and filmed for broadcast via the Internet (on the websites, social networks and YouTube channel of ANRS MIE and its partners), live or at a later date, by ANRS MIE or a third party duly authorised for this purpose. The recordings, in the form of summary videos of the event and any derivatives, will be available for a period of 10 years. My image and/or voice may be recorded, either directly if I choose to speak or indirectly on general camera shots.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that we collect personal data within the ANRS MIE scientific communication database.
By collecting personal information, the organising team of the Scientific Days will be able to send you the programme of the event and keep you informed about its updates.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only, in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of this information.
The legal basis for this data processing is legitimate interest.

The personal data collected includes: first name, last name, institution/organisation, position, country, city, and email address.
The recipients of this data are ANRS MIE in the event of a support request.

The data will be retained for 2 years after the account closure and will then be deleted. If the user remains inactive for 6 months, the account will be closed automatically.
Information collected on the website will remain on the website and will be retained unless you exercise your right to object or request the deletion of your personal data.

We implement all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal information and to prevent unauthorised access by third parties.
Accordingly, we confirm that no personal data will be shared with private or public partners or service providers, and that your data will be processed solely for internal use.
