The personal data collected includes: first name, last name, institution/organisation, position, country, city, and email address.
The recipients of this data are ANRS MIE in the event of a support request.
The data will be retained for 2 years after the account closure and will then be deleted. If the user remains inactive for 6 months, the account will be closed automatically.
Information collected on the website will remain on the website and will be retained unless you exercise your right to object or request the deletion of your personal data.
We implement all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal information and to prevent unauthorised access by third parties.
Accordingly, we confirm that no personal data will be shared with private or public partners or service providers, and that your data will be processed solely for internal use.
