    Materiality Assessment Survey

    (FY 2025–26)
  • Welcome!

Thank you for taking part in USV’s Materiality Assessment. Your inputs will help us identify the most relevant sustainability topics to focus on.

All responses will remain confidential and will be used only for internal analysis.

    Background:
Sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations have become increasingly important for organisations. Since ESG is guided by various standards, frameworks, disclosures and regulations, the number of sustainability topics is huge. Hence, Materiality assessment helps USV to define the important ESG issues that matter most to the internal and external stakeholders of USV. It helps organisations identify relevant ESG issues, engage stakeholders, manage risks, set strategic goals, improve reporting and disclosure, allocate resources effectively, and benchmark performance.

This materiality assessment is being carried out as per the guidelines/standards issued by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) for determining the focus topics. As a stakeholder ofthe  organisation, you have to respond to two questions for each of the identified Material Topics.

Each question is ranked on a scale of 0 to 5, where 0 indicates the topic being not applicable to you, 1 indicates the lowest risk/lowest impact on you, and 5 indicates the highest risk/highest impact on you.

    0-Not Applicable
    1-Very Low Impact/Risk
    2-Low Impact/Risk
    3-Moderate Impact/Risk
    4-High Impact/Risk
    5-Highest Impact /Risk
