3. FEES AND PAYMENT
Monthly Service Fee: $199.00 per month for 12 months.
Payment will be automatically processed on the 1st of each month from your selected payment method. Payment covers the maintenance items scheduled for that month.
Returned Payment: Payments returned or received after the 10th of the month will incur a late fee of $25.00.
Additional Services: Any diagnostic, repairs, parts, or services beyond the one monthly maintenance item will not be scheduled during this maintenance visit or may require a service call and an hourly rate fee.
4. SCHEDULING
Service Provider will contact Client in advance to schedule the monthly maintenance appointment. Client agrees to make the RV available at the agreed-upon date and time. If the Client cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, the monthly service may be forfeited unless rescheduled within the same calendar month based on the Service Provider's availability.
5. PARTS AND MATERIALS
Standard maintenance materials (fluids, filters, lubricants, etc.) are included in the monthly fee. Parts requiring replacement will be billed separately, with Client approval required before installation.
6. WARRANTY
Service Provider warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Service Provider warrants labor for thirty (30) days from service completion. Parts are warranted according to the manufacturer's specifications.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Service Provider's liability is limited to the cost of the monthly service fee. Service Provider is not liable for consequential damages, delays, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or Client misuse of the RV.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to:
- Notify Service Provider of any known issues or concerns
- Provide reasonable access to the RV for scheduled maintenance
- Operate and maintain the RV according to manufacturer guidelines between service visits
9. TERMINATION
This agreement is a 1-year agreement totalling $2,388. Should the client wish to cancel, the client is responsible for the remaining balance due through the end of the agreement period. No refunds will be provided for partial months. Alternatively, the client may pay a $250 termination fee with no additional penalties.
10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
Modification: Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
