  • MenoFit Walk to Run Sessions

    MenoFit is a culturally inclusive movement and wellbeing programme for people navigating perimenopause and menopause. We centre individuals who are often underrepresented in mainstream menopause conversations—particularly Black and South Asian communities. This new innovative project aims to improve both physical and mental health through education, movement, and culturally sensitive community support. 
  • Details of the walk to run group

    Sessions will take place on Mondays and Wednesdays 7-8pm. Sessions will consist of a light warm up, main session (walking at conversational pace) and a cool down led by members from Sikhs in the City (delivery partner of MenoFit). The meeting point will be in front of Clayhall Fishbar, 13 Claybury Broadway IG5 0LQ. Show up as you are, trainers and comfy clothes. Recommend waterproofs/layers during cold evenings.
