Refund and Cancellation Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation by ASF-K9.
If the event must be rescheduled, my registration will automatically transfer to the new date.
If I am unable to attend, I understand that no refunds or credits will be issued.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that dog training and decoy work involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
• Dog bites, scratches, and other animal-related injuries
• Slips, trips, or falls on training grounds
• Physical strain or injury to myself, my dog, or others
I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, associated with participation in dog training. I understand that my dog and I may interact with other dogs and people and that I am solely responsible for my dog’s behavior and safety at all times.
4 Release of Liability
In consideration for being allowed to participate, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless ASF-K9, its owners, trainers, hosts, assistants, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, or losses that may arise from participation in or attendance during the alloted time frame, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I understand this release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, and assigns.
5 Photo and Video Release
I understand that ASF-K9 and its representatives may capture photographs, videos, and other recordings during the event.
I hereby grant ASF-K9 full and irrevocable permission to use such media — including my likeness, my dog’s likeness, and my name — for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes without compensation or further approval.
This release applies worldwide and in perpetuity. I waive any right to inspect or approve final materials.
6 Dog Health and Conduct Acknowledgment
I certify that:
• My dog is in good physical condition and current on all vaccinations (including rabies, distemper, and bordetella).
• I will comply with all instructions given by ASF-K9 staff and understand that failure to do so may result in dismissal from training without refund.
7 Agreement and Electronic Signature
I have read and fully understand this agreement and its terms. I acknowledge that by signing electronically below, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue, and I do so voluntarily and of my own free will.
I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this release.
