Creativity and Problem-Solving – Brings innovative ideas and solutions to enhance volunteer efforts.
Collaboration and Teamwork – Works effectively with Chamber staff, members, and other volunteers.
Reliability and Accountability – Maintains a positive attitude and follows through on commitments.
Advocacy for the Chamber – Actively promotes the Chamber’s mission, events, and membership benefits.
Longevity and Historical Contributions – A track record of impactful service over time (if applicable).
