1. *Booking & Payment*

- All booking fees are non-refundable.

2. *Rescheduling & Cancellations*

- You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session forfeit the booking fee.

3. *Session Conduct*

- Sessions are confidential; the coach will not disclose any personal information without consent.

- The client is expected to attend the session on time and prepared to engage.

4. *Liability*

- The life coach provides guidance and support but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

- The client assumes full responsibility for any decisions made based on the coaching.

5. *Termination*

- Either party may end the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.

6. *Governing Law*

- These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
