Storytelling Workshop with Daris at Trotter Active Adult Center!

4-Week Workshop that builds upon each class with a performance at the end.

-Fridays from 9:30am-12:30pm [3 hours each class]
DATES: February 6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th [performance date].

Step into a warm, supportive space to explore the true stories of your life. In this workshop, participants uncover meaningful memories and themes, and learn simple techniques to shape a story that feels honest, grounded, and uniquely theirs.

This workshop encourages connection, reduces isolation, and gives everyone a chance to be seen and heard. No writing or performance experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to reflect and share.

Focusing on community, personal reflection, and authentic expression, this class is perfect for anyone looking to connect with themselves and others through the power of story. 🖋️💛
