Pricing
My pricing depends on:
• the project (size, detail, placement, complexity)
• the location where the appointment takes place
Different countries have different studio costs and market standards, so prices may vary depending on where I’m working at the time of your booking.
I will send you a personalised quote after reviewing your idea and reference images.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure every booking.
Deposits are non-refundable and deducted from the final cost.
You’ll have 48 hours to secure your date once I confirm availability.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without losing your deposit if you give at least 72 hours notice.
If you change your idea completely, a new quote and new deposit may be required.
Refund Policy
Design work begins as soon as you book, so the deposit also covers preparation.
Deposits are non-refundable except when I have to cancel and cannot attend (for example, a guest spot abroad that makes it impossible for me to be there).
If you cancel or cannot attend for any reason, the deposit cannot be refunded.
However, if we do not choose a new date, you will receive a voucher equal to your deposit valid for 6 months from the original appointment date.
If you genuinely need more time due to travel, pregnancy, or a serious life situation, please message me. I’ll always try to help and may extend the voucher case by case.
On the Day
Your deposit may be lost if:
• you arrive sick
• you are significantly late
• you drastically change the size/detail
• you change the idea completely
I don’t send sketches in advance. You can book an in-person or video consultation a day or two before your appointment to view your design. Minor adjustments can be made on the day.
