Please note:

Registration includes 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, coffee and snacks, as well as all conference expenses. Suppers and children's meals are separate.

Payment for lodging is NOT covered by conference fees; you are responsible for making your own accommodation arrangements.

If you have allergies of which we need to be aware, please indicate them below; the Coast will make every effort to accommodate your needs, however there will be no reduction in fees if you choose to eat elsewhere.

Registration deadline is January 19, 2026. Space is limited and priority will be given to registrants from the ABT Synod. We cannot reimburse any cancellations after January 16.

A reduced registration fee is offered for retired rostered ministers and spouses thanks to additional Synod support. All attendees benefit from the wealth of experince so generously shared when retired rostered ministers and spouses participate in the Study Conference.

Children are also welcome to come with you to the conference, however, you are responsible for their care while at the conference; there are no activities planned for them.

NEW - The Synod's preferred method of payment is by e-transfer through online banking. This is the most cost-effective way for the Synod and for payees. Please make your payment to abtfinance@elcic.ca and note in the memo line: your name, and "study conference ".

Study Conference may also be paid by cheques made payable to "Alberta Synod, ELCIC", indicating Study Conference fees for... on the memo line.
