Additional Insured Status - Vendors must add the event host (McPherson Pest Control) as an Additional Insured to their insurance policy and provide a copy of the official endorsement from their insurer confirming this status.

Waiver of Subrogation - Vendors must provide a Waiver of Subrogation for the event host (McPherson Pest Control) and submit a copy of the official endorsement from their insurance provider confirming this coverage.

Certificate of Insurance - Vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance (ACORD 25 form). The certificate must reflect the required coverages and limits and must evidence Additional Insured (AI) status and Waiver of Subrogation (WOS) in favor of the event host.
