2) Submission of this application does not guarantee a chair lease, which is reserved only upon signing of a completed lease agreement by all parties. Additionally, no other agreements, either written or oral, are binding on applicant, owner or owner's agents until the completed lease agreement is signed by all parties.

GLAMBOXX SALON & BARBERSHOP

BOOTH RENTAL AGREEMENT (AT-WILL LICENSE TO USE SPACE)

1. License to Use Space – Not a Lease

This Agreement grants a revocable license to use a station within GlamBoxx. It does not create a tenancy, leasehold interest, or landlord–tenant relationship. No exclusive possession is granted.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Renter is an independent contractor and is responsible for all taxes, insurance, licensing, pricing, scheduling, and collections.

3. Booth Rent & Payment

Booth rent is weekly, payable in advance, due every Saturday by 7:00 PM. Failure to pay may result in immediate termination and lockout.

4. At-Will Termination (No Cause / No Notice)

This Agreement is at-will. GlamBoxx may terminate at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, the renter must immediately cease work and remove all belongings.

5. Rent Forfeiture Upon Termination

All booth rent paid is non-refundable. Any unused prepaid rent is forfeited. Outstanding balances remain due.

6. Lockout Clause

If rent is unpaid, this Agreement is terminated, or rules are violated, GlamBoxx may immediately deny access to the station and premises without notice. Lockout does not relieve the renter of payment obligations.

7. Cleanliness & Maintenance

Stations must be clean at all times and at the end of every Wednesday. A $25 cleaning fee applies for stations that are not clean.

8. Food & Drink

No eating on the salon floor. Food is permitted only in the break room. Covered drinks allowed at stations.

9. Sanitation & Health Compliance

All Georgia State Board of Cosmetology & Barbering rules must be followed, including tool disinfection, clean linens, hygiene, and disposal of single-use items.

10. Licensing

A valid Georgia barber or cosmetology license must be maintained and displayed.

11. Professional Conduct

Professional conduct is required. No harassment, threats, gossip, intimidation, or disruption.

12. Prohibited Activities

No illegal substances, working while impaired, property damage, or client solicitation.

13. Personal Property

Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal property.

14. No Guarantee of Income

No guarantees of clients, walk-ins, or earnings are made.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Georgia law.

16. Entire Agreement. This document represents the entire agreement and may not be modified orally.

I acknowledge and agree that this is an at-will, revocable license. Termination may occur without notice. Prepaid rent is forfeited upon termination. No tenancy or eviction rights apply.
