Double-Coated Breed Policy

We do NOT shave double-coated breeds (e.g. Huskies, collies, retrievers, sheperds, etc) Their coat acts as a natural insulation and protection. For these dogs we offer wash, blow dry and de-shedding/undrcoat removal.

I understand that completing this form does NOT book an appointment, Abbey will contact me to arrange a time.I agree to pay for my dogs groom ONLINE IN ADVANCE once my booking link/code has been sent.I understand that severe matting may require a welfare clip and may incur an additional charge.I agree to give at least 24 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule or the full fee WILL be charged.I understand that if I am late for my dog's appointment it may result in the groom not being able to be started or completed and I will still be charged.I confirm my dog is fit, healthy and up to date with flea/worm treatment to the best of my knowledge.I UNDERSTAND THAT PROVIDING INCORRECT, MISLEADING OR INCOMPLETE INFORMATION (e.g. coat condition, behaviour, health) WILL RESULT IN THE GROOM BEING CANCELLED UPON ARRIVAL AND MY PAYMENT BEING FORFEITED.
