Once this registration form is complete, our staff will send an invoice over on the next work day. Each class is $25. Please note that there is a 4% processing fee added to all card payments. We need to have at least three students signed up by the Thursday prior to the class to have it. Students should wear either dancewear or modest active wear. Please bring dance shoes if you have them. A liability form will need to be signed before attending the class. The classes will be on our lobby television.
