In partnership with The École, we are delighted to offer a Lunch Box for our campers! Parents may order the lunch box for the full week or for selected days, depending
on their needs.

Please note that campers registered for half-day sessions (morning or afternoon)
do not need to order lunch, as lunch is not included in half-day programs.

The deadline to place your order for the Spring camp is Wednesday, April 8.

The deadline to place your order for the Summer camp is Wednesday, June 17.

2026 Policies

• If you would like your child to receive lunch during the week of Camp—or on any specific day that week—they must be registered no later than the previous Wednesday at 3 p.m.
• We are unable to refund for last-minute absences or Camp closures (snow days, illness, etc).
• We require at least 2 weeks (14 days) of notice to cancel a meal plan.
• For cancellations with 14-day notice, refunds will be issued (minus a 4% processing fee).
