Eligibility: Eligibility: Any male or female 13 years or older. Lifters must be current NPL members. Good for one year from date of purchase. Must purchase online before contest.

Divisions: Open, Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23, Sub-master 35-39, Master 40-44, 45-49, etc

Weight Classes: Men: 52 kg/114 lbs, 56 kg/123 lbs, 60 kg/132 lbs, 67.5 kg/148 lbs, 75 kg/ 165 lbs, 82.5 kg/181 lbs, 90 kg/198 lbs, 100 kg/220 lbs, 110 kg/242 lbs, 125 kg/275 lbs, 140 kg/308 lbs, 140+kg/308+ lbs (SHW)

Women: 44 kg/97 lbs, 48 kg/105 lbs, 52 kg/114 lbs, 56 kg/123 lbs, 60 kg/132 lbs, 67.5 kg/148 lbs, 75 kg/ 165 lbs, 82.5 kg/181 lbs, 90 kg/198 lbs, 100 kg/220 lbs, 110 kg/242 lbs 110+ kg/242+ lbs 

 

Rules: One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters. Underwear must be "V" type legless aka "tighty whities", or jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed.

Raw KS(knee sleeves) division: requires a one piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wristwraps can be up to 1 meter, and single layer kneesleeves. Over the calf long socks required for the deadlift for all lifters.

Raw KW(knee wraps) Division: Is raw except it allows up to 3 meter knee wraps for the squat.

Single Ply rules: Single-Ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits only! No velcro straps on the squat/deadlift suit. Velcro is allowed on the bench shirt. No velcro straps allowed on squat or deadlift suit. No support briefs allowed in single ply.

Multi Ply rules: Multi-Ply division allows multi-ply squat, bench shirts and deadlift suits along with open back shirts and Velcro straps for the DL suit.

Schedule:

 Weigh in/Gear Check - Friday 5/22, 8:00AM-11:00AM (cannot weigh in until 9:00AM) and 4:00PM-6:00PM

IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU BY 5:00PM ON FRIDAY, YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE MEET.

Rules Briefing/Warm Ups: Saturday, 8AM

Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9AM

 

Awards:

Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group

Best Lifter: Any Division with 5+ lifters will receive a certificate and award.

 

Drug tested Entry Fee: $120 per lifter, add $40 if entering additional division (Open + Juniors = 2 awards)

Non tested Entry Fee: $110 per lifter, add $40 if entering additional division (Open + Juniors = 2 awards)

 

Payment: Payment of entry fees will be done via Square. You will be redirected to Square to submit your entry after completing your registration details. Entries will not be considered final until your payment has been received.

Registration Deadline: May 1, 2026. There will be a $20.00 late fee after this date. No entries will be accepted after May 16, 2026.

Please take notice that once payments are taken there is a $20 dollar processing fee for a refund. With in 30 days of the event all payments are final there will be no refunds. Refunds will only be given if the meet fills up, and we can replace your spot. At all time entries are non transferable to any future events under any circumstances.

If,however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the NPL officials immediately; and, 4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE,INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE Meet Director/promoter, their officers, officials, agents and/or employees,other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activity ("Releasees"),WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
