In the event I cannot be reached to make arrangements for emergency medical attention, I authorize the facility director or person in charge to take my child for treatment. Invoice Delivery and Responsibility
請求書送付および支払責任について
A booking is confirmed at the time an invoice is issued by Playpourri International. Once an invoice has been sent, the place is reserved and the full fee becomes payable, regardless of attendance or any later change of decision. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure receipt of invoice emails, including checking all email folders (inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and any filtered folders). If an invoice has not been received within two (2) business days of registration or booking, parents/guardians must contact the school for follow-up. Please note that invoicing may be delayed due to school holidays, office closure days, system issues, or an incorrect or filtered email address. Failure to receive, locate, or view an invoice email, or failure to request follow-up, does not invalidate the booking, cancel the invoice, or remove the obligation to pay. プレイプリーインターナショナルにおける予約は、請求書発行時点で確定します。請求書発行後は、出席の有無や後日の意思変更にかかわらず、当該枠は確保され、全額の支払義務が発生します。請求書は登録されたメールアドレス宛に送信されます。受信箱に限らず、迷惑メール、プロモーション、ジャンクメール、その他の振り分けフォルダ等、すべてのメールフォルダをご確認いただきますようお願いいたします。お申込み後、2営業日以内に請求書が届かない場合は、必ず当園までご連絡ください。なお、園の休業日、事務対応日、システム不具合、登録メールアドレスの誤り等により、請求書の送付が遅れる場合があります。請求書を受信またはご確認いただけなかった場合、あるいは確認のご連絡がなかった場合であっても、予約は有効となり、請求の取消やお支払い義務の免除とならないことを了承します。
