What is Guild O-Day?
Guild O-Day (Semester One) takes place during Curtin University’s famous O-Week, on Wednesday 11th February 2026 from 11am - 2:30pm. Guild O-Day is one of Curtin Student Guild’s biggest events of the year, and forms an important part of the University’s orientation program, offering attendees a unique insight into the university experience. With students keen to receive many highly anticipated freebies, browse/join campus clubs and societies, and explore a variety of services tailored to the university market, stallholders gain access to a captive audience and a highly targeted demographic. Guild O-Day provides a unique environment to connect with your stakeholders, whilst sharing information on services, activities, and/or products.
Guild O-Day will be held in the core of Curtin's Perth (Bentley) campus, Sir Charles Court Promenade.
Application Preparation
Before submitting your application, action & note the following:
- Review the below packages & pricing and identify which stall package you will apply for.
- Read the terms & conditions to help you plan. By applying for a stall at this event, all stallholders accept these conditions and are required to fully comply with all measures outlined within.
- Confirm your stall plans. Only submit this form once your planned activities, giveaways, equipment and/or stall set-up is confirmed. We cannot consider your application without your finalised details.
- Incomplete or speculative submissions may not be accepted. Early submissions do not receive preference - just make sure it's submitted before the deadline.

Packages & Pricing
Note that the below pricing applies to external applicants only. A separate application process applies for Guild-registered clubs & societies and internal Curtin departments/services. Please email events@guild.curtin.edu.au for further information.
All prices quoted include GST.
Trestle Table Package - $250.00
- Basic 1.8m x 1m space under the verandah
- One trestle table
- No access to power (available at additional cost)
- No roving permissions.
- Package includes only the surface area of the table itself, as well as standing room directly behind the table.
- Marquees and specialty equipment or infrastructure cannot be accommodated within this package option. This will require selection of an activation package.
Activation Package - $1,000.00
- 3 x 3m space (not shaded, must BYO marquee) which can be used for brand activation activities.
- One trestle table.
- Access to power is included (if specified) - includes 1 x 10amp power board.
- Roving permissions – access to rove in your zone (note that equipment and/or giveaways are not permitted for roving, only at your static site).
Marquee Activation Package - $1,400.00
- 3 x 3m marquee (including back covering wall)
- One trestle table.
- Access to power is included (if specified) - includes 1 x 10amp power board.
- Roving permissions – access to rove in your zone (note that equipment and/or giveaways are not permitted for roving, only at your static site).
Showbag Inclusion - $100.00 (if sole package option) // $50.00 (if added to any other package)
- Inclusion must be delivered to us by no later than 28/01/2026 in order to be included. Late deliveries are unable to be accommodated, and no refund will be issued.
- May be either product (A4 size or less) or print material (i.e. coupons, free passes, tickets).
- Print material must provide value in the form of a voucher or discount, i.e. cannot be purely promotional.
- All inclusion approvals are at the discretion of the Curtin Student Guild.
Stalls and showbags inclusions will be curated based on their value to students, and the value add to the overall event . All approvals are at the sole discretion of the Curtin Student Guild.
Additional Equipment and Amenities
- Power to trestle table packages - $100 surcharge
- Custom site size and/or infrastructure - please enquire within this form should your requirements not be covered by the above package options (i.e. larger site space, specialised infrastructure, etc.) - $POA
