TNLA Leadership Bootcamp Application Class VI Application
TNLA Leadership Bootcamp is accepting applications for CLASS VI. The application deadline is June 11, 2026. You must represent a Green Industry Business/Company to be eligible to apply (including retail garden centers, growers, suppliers, landscape and irrigation). Regardless of where you are within your Green Industry career, the Leadership Bootcamp will help you grow! The fee to apply is $1,100 for members and $1,400 for non-members (the fee covers all four sessions, tours, books and additional supporting educational material). (Multiple individuals from the same company ARE eligible to apply.) Section VII: Participant Contract
If selected, the applicant must commit to actively participating in the TNLA Leadership Bootcamp by attending each required program. The participant’s success in TNLA Leadership Bootcamp is based partly on contributions to the programming. Unengaged participants may be asked to withdraw.

The participant and organization agree to determine and commit to the terms of support and travel associated with attending the program. If a participant resigns from the supporting organization, it is between the participant and the organization to determine the outcome.

Each opening in the program is assigned based on the individual’s application. If the participant leaves the organization, the slot cannot be transferred to another staff member. Program costs are non-refundable.

If selected, I agree to the following commitments:
1. I will actively engage and fully participate in the TNLA Leadership Bootcamp program.
2. I will attend all four scheduled in-person sessions, including online homework zoom sessions.
3. I will arrive on time and remain present for the entire duration of each session.
4. I have the approval and full support of my organization’s management to participate in the program.
5. I will be fully engaged during all TNLA Leadership Bootcamp activities.
6. I will represent both my company, TNLA and my fellow bootcamp participants professionally and adhere to the dress code guidelines.
7. I have worked at my current employer's company for minimum of one year.
8. By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that my participation in the TNLA Leadership Bootcamp is tied to my current employment status with the company sponsoring my enrollment. If I voluntarily or involuntarily leave my current employer at any point before the completion of the program, I understand no refunds of the registration fee will be issued to the sponsoring company. I further agree that it is my responsibility to notify TNLA immediately of any change in my employment status.

Letter of Recommendation

Submit a letter of recommendation from your company’s CEO, director, or direct supervisor. The letter should indicate why the applicant should be accepted into the program and why the applicant is a future leader in the Green Industry. If your letter is unavailable, please submit it directly to sarah@tnlaonline.org by the outlined deadline.
