The NAREB Leadership Academy is a transformative initiative designed to address the growing need for REALTIST® members equipped with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to lead effectively. This program is dedicated to cultivating strong, informed, and engaged leaders who will help advance NAREB’s mission and strengthen the REALTIST® movement. Your membership must be current in order to participate in the Leadership Academy.

Through a dynamic and comprehensive curriculum focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, and professional growth, the NAREB Leadership Academy will prepare participants to make a lasting impact within their local boards, communities, and the organization at large.

Program Duration & Certification
Participants will complete an 8-week program. This inaugural class will include 50 participants. Upon successful completion, graduates will receive a Leadership Certification from the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.

Geographic Focus & Community Engagement
This national initiative is open to all NAREB members in good standing. Training will be delivered virtually, with an in-person graduation ceremony held during NAREB’s 2026 Mid-Winter Conference.

Program Fee
If selected, each participant must submit a non-refundable program fee of $199.00.

Because space is limited, we ask that you apply only if you can fully commit to attending all sessions and completing the program. Participants are allowed one excused absence.
