Interested Shelbyville High School (SHS) students who are either participating in an educational foreign travel opportunitunity through SHS, a study abroad program, or traveling with the Shelby County International Relations Council's Sister City trips to Japan are eligible to apply. The deadline to fully submit this application is January 15th.
