  • Spiritual Gifts Inventory

There is often a correlation between Christian experiences and spiritual gifts. This assessment explores personal experiences that might indicate which spiritual gifts you are most and least likely to have. It will help define your "spiritual job description" as it relates to God's call on your life.

Read each statement and indicate how accurately each statement reflects you.

    Important:

    •    Answer according to who you are, not who you would like to be.
    •    How true of you are these statements?
    •    What has been your experience?
    •    To what degree do these statements reflect your tendencies?
    •    Responses to individual questions are confidential. (Only the numerical ranking of each gift is reviewed in order to identify your top three gifts.)

  • Membership Covenant

Being a follower of Jesus and being in agreement with OneChurch.to values, beliefs and structure, I now feel led by the Holy Spirit to partner with the OneChurch.to family through membership. In doing so, I commit myself to God and to the other members to do the following:

  • I will be a functioning Church Member (1 Corinthians 12:12-31) by discovering my gifts and talents, by using my gifts and talents to serve, by developing a servant's heart, and by regularly supporting OneChurch.to financially.*
  • I will be a unifying Church member (Ephesians 4:1-3) by acting in love toward other members, by refusing to gossip (Romans 1:29-31, James 3:6, 1 Peter 3:10), and by practising forgiveness and unity (Matthew 6:14-15, Colossians 3:12-13).*
  • I will not let my Church be about my preferences (Mark 9:35) by maintaining a servant’s heart (Ephesians 3:7).*
  • I will pray for my church leaders (1 Timothy 3:2-5) by praying for the pastors and other church leaders, and by praying for protection.*
  • I will lead my family to be healthy church members (Ephesians 5:22-33, 6:1-4) by praying together as a family for the church, by worshiping together as a church family, and by loving the Body of Christ as a family.*
  • I will treasure Church membership as a gift.*
