Please provide six(6)examples that best represent the work you will be bringing to the show this summer. 

Your application will be accepted based on the following criteria:

• The design of an article must be your original idea or a skillful rendering of a traditional or classic design.
• You must be the designer and maker of the work represented by your application.
• The maximum number of reproductions or prints allowed in your booth can not exceed 10% of original work. Our visitors are coming to see and purchase original work. If you are selling prints please ensure they are numbered and signed limited editions.
• Ready-made components are acceptable only where their importance is subordinate to the skill and design contributed by you, the maker, and where their use is clearly appropriate to the nature and design of the work. Articles made from molds are acceptable only where the mold is your own design.
• When licensed copyright images from a third party are used, a copy of the permission agreement must accompany your application.
• The applicant must be the sole or primary/maker of the work being submitted. I will not bring any work produced/sourced by commercial means. I understand that ceramics molds are not permitted and any items in any media that use commercial kits or plans are not permitted. Soaps, food, cosmetics & candles are not permitted at our show

The price depends on how your vendors answer the questions, but the pricing starts at $47.43 for 3-day and $60.22 for the 4-day package. Feel free to play around in the quoting system!

You save 15% off the 3 day, and 20% off the 4 day.

Preorder Your Lunch for This Year’s Summer Show! This option will not be available later. This helps our food vendor prepare enough meals in advance and ensure we have enough volunteers scheduled to helpus with deliveries. While there will be other food vendors at the event, we wanted to provide a healthy delivered option for you. This will also help you avoid the lines and waiting. We are working with local caterer The Oven. The lunches will be billed with your summer show booth fee. 

SUMMER SHOW EXHIBITOR CONTRACT

I hereby submit this Application to be an exhibitor in the Muskoka Arts & Crafts Annual Summer Show July 17th, 18th & 19th 2026. I have read the Exhibitor Guidelines and agree to abide by the rules and regulations as established by Muskoka Arts & Crafts Inc. By signing this application, I hereby and forever discharge Muskoka Arts & Crafts Inc. from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity for any personal injuries or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by me or any third party, as well as from any loss or damage caused to the my personal or business property while in the possession or supervision of Muskoka Arts & Crafts Inc., their agents, representatives, Show volunteers or employees. I warrant that the artworks I have submitted for jurying and the artworks to be shown and sold at the Show were produced solely by me or as described on the Application. I authorize the use of images & videos submitted with my Application or taken of my exhibit at the Summer Show to be used for publicity or for documentation without notice or compensation to me. Unless otherwise specified, I acknowledge that my contact information may be given to potential customers or clients. I agree to have information about the current and future Summer Shows emailed to me at the email address provided. I agree to conduct myself in a professional and positive manner during the Summer Show, including set up and take down before and after the Show.
