The applicant requests Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD) to connect the District’s water distribution system and sewer collection facility with the above service address and to provide service in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of SMWD. This contract shall at all times be subject to change by SMWD, who may, from time to time, direct such change in the exercise of its jurisdiction. The District is not liable for damage caused by open or faulty lines, fixtures or related appliances during the process of initiating or reconnecting service.
