By entering the Cat Lounge, guests acknowledge that the cats in our care are rescue animals from local shelters. While our team works hard to ensure all cats are healthy, socialized, and safe for interaction, animals can behave unpredictably. By participating in the Cat Lounge experience, you agree to assume all risks associated with interacting with the cats, including but not limited to scratches, bites, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property.
Guests agree that Cara’s Cat Café, its staff, and partnering shelters are not responsible for any injuries or personal property damage that may occur during your visit. By entering the lounge, you accept full responsibility for your safety and the safety of any minors in your care, and you agree to follow all staff instructions and posted guidelines to ensure a safe and positive experience for both guests and cats.
