1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Abundant Solution Services LLC (“Dispatcher”) provides load coordination, scheduling, administrative support, broker communication, and rate negotiation on behalf of the Carrier.
Carrier must approve every load before booking. No forced dispatch.

2. DISPATCH FEE
Carrier agrees to pay 10% of the gross rate per booked load, due at load completion or by weekly settlement.

3. CARRIER RESPONSIBILITIES

Carrier must:

Maintain active authority and insurance
Communicate delays, breakdowns, or changes immediately
Provide accurate documentation
Operate equipment legally and safely

4. DISPATCHER LIMITATIONS

Dispatcher is not responsible for:

Cargo condition
Equipment issues or breakdowns
Broker non-payment
Accidents, delays, or FMCSA compliance
Routing or safety decisions
Carrier retains full control and responsibility over operations.

5. TERM & TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until either party terminates in writing.

6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Carrier acknowledges that they retain full control and responsibility over all operations, safety, equipment, and FMCSA compliance.
