THE REALTOR® OF THE YEAR AWARD
Candidates for REALTOR® of the Year Award may be a REALTOR® whose activities are primarily involved with sales or leasing, property management, or management training. The past three (3) calendar year of accomplishments and activities of the nominee will be considered. The Committee will be asked to consider the most recent year’s activities as those being the most important, and overlaps in dates of activities will be considered and counted, such as the nominee being president of a local civic club where only part of the time falls in any of the three (3) calendar years being included. There will be no restriction on the number of times a person may win this award. The Committee will be requested to consider applicant’s personal achievements and business qualifications to insure that the winner will be presented to the public as the “best representative of the real estate profession”.

THE AFFILIATE OF THE YEAR AWARD
This award is based on the outstanding contributions of an Affiliate Member of the Cobb REALTORS® and the real estate industry. Each year the Cobb REALTORS® honors an exceptional Affiliate member with this prestigious award. The purpose of this award is to recognize a member of the Association who has provided outstanding service to the real estate profession and the community through their membership in the Cobb REALTORS®.

THE EXCALIBUR AWARD

THE RISING STAR AWARD
The Rising Star Award recognizes exceptional achievements by a member who has been actively licensed in real estate for thirty-six (36) months or less (qualifying period) as a member of the Cobb REALTORS®. THE PHYLISS GRAHAM DIVERSITY CHAMPION AWARD
The Phyliss Graham Diversity Champion Award is presented to a member or group of members who have striven to build awareness of and sensitivity to cultural diversity within our community and our real estate profession, and/or have taken action to ensure that Fair Housing is not just a guideline, but an unbroken policy to which all REALTORS® strictly and willingly adhere. Applicants may be requested to attend an interview with selected members of the Committee at the sole discretion of the committee.
