When: Every Second Saturday of the month -March 14, April 11, May 9, June 13, July 11, September 12, October 10, November 14, & December 12. Open to the public March-May from 6pm-10pm; June-July 7pm-10pm, September-December 6pm-10pm
Vendor Fees

Art & Cottage Food Vendor, 10x10 space - $75; Food Stall/Food Truck $100 + $52 health permit obtained by SA Local

Vendor Agreement

Please read the following vendor agreement carefully. If for any reason, any of our policies do not align with your business, you cannot fulfill the terms laid out, or you are not comfortable with our terms, please do not proceed with the application. We want all vendors that participate in SA Local Market events to move forward with transparency and to feel good about their decision to vend with us.
I understand that Second Saturday San Antonio at Main Plaza is an outdoor event and goes on RAIN OR SHINE.
I understand that in the event of extremely dangerous weather, unexpected events that are beyond our control, global pandemic, etc, that SA Local Market will communicate with vendors via email as soon as possible with a reschedule date or the opportunity for credit for another event.
I understand that if I (the vendor) cancel or if SA Local Market has to reschedule a Second Saturday Date, that SA Local Market does not give refunds on vendor fees for any reason. Even if I (the vendor) have a scheduling conflict or am unable to attend the dates presented to me.
I understand that SA Local Market will provide me with a 10x10 space, but that I am responsible for all canopies, tables, chairs, fixtures, etc for my space.
I understand that SA Local Market is not responsible for the projected or expected sales of each individual vendor. Vendor sales are contingent on many factors that include, but are not limited to - the economy, political climate, buying habits and trends of consumers, customer service skills of individual vendors, other events happening in the vicinity, weather, the desirability of the goods being offered by the individual vendor, etc.

One-Time, Non-Refundable Application Fee

Why am I paying an application fee? We've found, recently, that about 40% of vendors that apply for events either double book, don't see through to attending the event, etc. We are a small team that goes through every application with care and curates our markets accordingly. Vendors that apply, are accepted, and then do not see through the commitment, make it difficult to fill our markets with intention and avoid having spaces left unfilled at event time. We only want you to apply if you're serious about attending our events, and we find that a small monetary commitment helps to eliminate vendors that are not serious about their participation.
