NPD 2026 AWARD NOMINATION FORM

National Philanthropy Day is an annual event presented by the Association of Fundraising Professionals CA, Desert Communities Chapter. Honorees are nominated through a process open to all individuals, organizations, companies and foundations in the Coachella Valley. The NPD Awards Committee reviews submitted applications, selects three nominations in each category, and sends those to an independent Judges Committee for review and final selection of an Honoree in each category. The Judges Committee is comprised of Coachella Valley community leaders.
Please make sure that your nominee(s) meet the criteria of the categor(ies).

We encourage you to make a nomination for each award category. Please submit a separate form for each nominee.
