Fall 25' Student Life & Formation Leadership Application

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in leading for one of the various groups within Student Life & Formation (SLAF) for the 2026-27 school year!

Plan on setting aside between 20-30 minutes to fill out this application in its entirety. It is important that you pay attention to the following dates/requirements that pertain to each of the open leadership positions for next year.

If you're planning to apply for multiple positions, you only need to apply once; however, it is important to first choose your top choice and then indicate where you'd also like to apply.

ALL student leaders commit to the following if they are invited to join a leadership team with SLAF:
- Any required training or events in remainder of SP26
- Your Early Move in date will be communicated to you by your Focus Group Leader
- Serving as a student leader during Welcome Week: August 25th - August 30th (Move-in is August 25th)
- Active participation and attendance in weekly training meetings (leadership meetings are mandatory and most groups meet on Monday nights)
- Recruiting and leading fellow students
- Support and encouragement of your fellow student leaders
- Being a part of the overall Office of Student Life and Formation leadership team and actively participating in LEAD opportunities throughout the year.
