All orders must be placed online, with a non-refundable $20 credit card deposit. When you come to the store to pickup your order, the final amount due will be calculated and the $20 deposit deducted from that total.
Please bring payment with you. Your credit card is not saved to this form or with your order. We appreciate check and cash payments to save on the credit card fees.
**If you are placing an order for multiple items with different pick-up dates, please submit two orders -- one order form for each pick-up date.**

Black angus, raised on organic pastures at Wholesome Valley Farm for 26-30 months. Dry Aged a minimum of 21 days.

12/11 update. We are sold out of our grassfed beef rib racks and tenderloins.
A good alternative for the grassfed is the boneless strip loin roast. There are about 10 of those left.
We do have a limited amount of our pasture raised, grain finished rib racks and tenderloins left. These are cattle we sourced from two fellow local farmers in Ashland and Jeromesville. They are very nice, highly marbled beef. See below to order.

GRAIN FINISHED BEEF
Grown and finished in Ashland, OH. Grain fed beef is what most beef is. The high energy grains of corn, silage, and soybeans can add lbs and fat to a carcass quickly, resulting in a younger harvest age, more marbling, and a tender eating experience. These animals are graded at a USDA slaughterhouse and are graded high choice to prime.
This year we knew our flavorful and healthy grassfed beef would not be enough to go around, so we found some new partners to help expand the capacity this holiday season.
