D1NZ Pukekohe Passenger Indemnity Form

Grit Motorsport Ltd ("D1NZ") and: its parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies (including the landowner), and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and volunteers (collectively the "Released Parties")

Releasing Parties: Means and includes the undersigned as well as the undersigned's spouse, children, parents, guardians, heirs, next of kin, and any legal or personal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, assigns, or anyone else who might claim or sue on the undersigned's behalf.

Event: Means any motorsport activities or services at Pukekohe Park Raceway which are organised or conducted by Grit Motorsport Ltd or otherwise under the responsibility/control of Grit Motorsport Ltd.

I, the undersigned, agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions in favour, and for the benefit of, the Released Parties:

I certify that:

(a) I am at least eighteen (18) years of age OR, if under 18, my parent/legal guardian has explained this document to me and consented to the terms;

(b) I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that impair my ability to be a passenger in a motorsport ride.

(c) I am in good health, physical condition, and have the skill to safely participate. I have no medical conditions that would impair my participation.I agree to familiarise myself with and comply with all safety guidelines and regulations provided by Grit Motorsport Ltd and its representatives during the Event, including the use of full safety gear.

I will follow all instructions and directions given by Grit Motorsport Ltd staff, officials, and agents during the Event.

I will not access the track or pit areas without permission from Grit Motorsport Ltd staff.

I will exercise due care while participating in or attending the Event.

I understand that inappropriate or unlawful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.

Grit Motorsport Ltd reserves the right to make this determination.

I acknowledge that motorsport is inherently dangerous, and participation carries a risk of serious injury, disability, or death.

I participate entirely at my own risk. I will not hold any Released Party liable for damage, injury, or death caused by vehicle failure, track condition, or any other reason.

In consideration of being allowed to attend or participate, I release, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any and all claims (including third-party claims), losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, even if caused by their negligence.

These provisions are enforceable under the Contracts (Privity) Act 1982. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

I certify that I have read the D1NZ rules and that my vehicle and personal protective gear meet all technical standards. I acknowledged that I have been briefed on vehicle safety features and emergency procedures from the driver i am riding with.
