    Please note: Registration fees are discounted for PSNZ members.  Should you wish to join PSNZ to enjoy the discount please do so here prior to completing this form. The annual subscription to PSNZ is $95.

  • Convention Activities

    Select which activities (field trips, workshops) you would like to attend. Please note that some workshops / field trips have limited numbers and may incur extra charges.

    Please select one (1) workshop / field trip per day.

  • Convention Cancellation and Refund Policy

    We understand that circumstances may change after registering for the convention. The following cancellation policy applies to all ticket holders.

    • Cancellations received up to 61 days before the event - Eligible for a full refund, less an administration fee of $50.
    • Cancellations received between 60-31 days before the event – Eligible for a 75% refund.
    • Cancellations received less than 30 days before the event – No refunds will be issued.
    • Transfers- Registrations may be transferred to another attendee up to 7 days before the event, this is subject to a written request to the conference secretary, an administration fee of $50 will apply.
    • No-shows- No refunds or transfers will be provided for non-attendance without prior notice.
    • Event Cancellation - If the convention is cancelled by the organisers, attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
    • Nonpayment of fees for a registration booking does not constitute a cancellation
    • Cancellation of Banquet dinner must be in writing 10 days prior or no refund. 

    Weather Events and Force Majeure

    The organisers are not responsible for attendee travel disruptions due to weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If the Conference proceeds as scheduled, the standard cancellation policy applies.

    If a severe weather event or other force majeure situation requires the conference itself to be postponed or cancelled, attendees will be offered:

    • A full refund of the registration fee or
    • The option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled event.

    Travel and accommodation costs remain the responsibility of the attendee.
