Statement of Boarding Policy
Vaccination, flea & tick prevention requirements:
To protect the health and safety of all pets in our care, we require documentation confirming that your pet is up-to-date on all vaccinations and is on monthly flea and tick prevention before check-in. Pets that show signs of aggression, appear unwell, lack current vaccinations, or have not completed their full vaccination schedule may not be accepted for boarding, as they may not yet be adequately protected. In such cases, the pet owner may choose to reschedule the boarding date within next 12 months. All paid boarding fees are non-refundable.
Check-in time:
You may bring your pet for check-in anytime between 10am and 5pm. Just let us know your estimated arrival time so we can get everything ready. Full payment is required upon check-in.
Check-out time:
Please pick up your pet between 10am and 12pm. If you need a later check-out, our daycare rates will apply (RM10 per hour, or RM55 for pick-up before 7pm). If your pet isn’t picked up by 7pm, an additional overnight fee will apply.
Important notes:
By proceeding, the pet owner confirms their pet is up to date with vaccinations, on regular flea & tick prevention, free from any known contagious illness or parasites, and understands that exposure risks cannot be completely eliminated in a shared pet environment.
While we cannot guarantee the health of any pet, we will always provide the highest level of care and attention during their stay. Pet owners understand and accept that certain conditions may arise in a boarding environment, such as weight changes, tangled fur, skin sensitivities, respiratory infections, diarrhea, or parasites, and agree not to hold Pups & Play liable for such occurrences.
If the pet identified in this form becomes unwell, the pet owner authorizes Pups & Play to seek veterinary advice and proceed with any treatment the veterinarian deems necessary. The pet owner understands that staff may not always be able to reach them immediately in urgent situations and agrees to be responsible for all related veterinary expenses until they are contacted and able to discuss further care with the attending veterinarian.
