1. Can I submit my own photo for marketing or publicity use?
All RRT members are required to take their official photos at our designated photo studio, which will be arranged and covered by RRT. Submission of individual photos will not be accepted.

2. Can I engage my own photographer for the RRT Gala?
No, external photographers are not allowed at the RRT Gala.

3. What happens if I apply for a higher tier but am placed in a lower tier?
If you apply for a higher tier (e.g. Millionaire Member) but are subsequently placed in a lower tier (e.g. Elite Member), no refund will be provided.
