Journey to Bhutan - Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in our i-Adventures "The Happiness Journey to Bhutan" trip, which will take place April 25 to May 5, 2026. We are excited that you will be joining us!
Tour Cost (All prices are listed in USD)

Double occupany: $9,460 per person

Single occupancy: $10,960 per person

The registration fee includes:
- One hotel night in Bangkok prior to our inital flight to Bhutan
- Accomodations for 10 nights in government approved and certified hotels in Bhutan. These will be a combination of 4 star semi-luxury hotels and 3 star deluxe hotels, depending on availability in the areas we will be staying.
- One way international flight from Bangkok to Paro, Bhutan at the beginning of our trip.
- One way international flight from Paro to Bangkok at the end of our trip. We may be able to substitute a return flight to an alternate gateway city such as Kolkata or Delhi, depending on availability. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.
- One way domestic flight within Bhutan, from Bumthang to Paro
- Government mandated sustainable development contribution which is $100/Person/Night. This goes to the country healthcare, community
  projects, environmental, carbon offset programs and education efforts/projects.
- All meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and picnics
- Services of multiple experienced, knowledgeable and professional English speaking Bhutanese tour guides
- Private transport and drivers within Bhutan
- All activities and programs as indicated in the itinerary
- Route permits, national park permits and monument/museum entrance fees
- Airport transfers
- Indirect/direct contribution into the communities and people
- Bhutan visa fees and visa processing service
The following items are specifically NOT included in your registration fee:
- Round trip airfare between your home and Bangkok or an alternative gateway city.
- Trip cancellation and medical travel insurance
- Items of a personal nature such as bar bills, laundry, telephone calls etc.
- Personal clothing and equipment
- Gratuity/tipping for guides and drivers
- Any other expenses which are not mentioned as being covered as part of your registration fee
Payment Schedule

Your registration will be confirmed when we receive your completed registration form and a deposit of 50% of your rgistration fee, which is due by January 2, 2026. The balance is due by February 2, 2026.

Documentation Requirements
- Copy of passport: In order to purchase the ticket for your fight within Bhutan we will need to submit a copy of the first two pages of your passport.
- Passport photo: The Bhutan visa is a fairly straightforward process, and we will handle the application and fee itself. However we require a digitized passport style photo. This should be a color image, portrait style, with eyes open and forehead and ears clearly visible. The image should be on a white background without borders.

This trip will require some degree of physical exercise, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain and going up and down stairs. Important Travel Insurance Information

i-SUSTAIN strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against financial loss in the case of cancellation or interruption of the trip, medical or personal emergencies or other unforeseen events that may cause you to have to change your travel plans.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration you will be subject to cancellation fees to cover our commited costs, per the following schedule:
1. If you cancel on or before January 26, 2026 (90 days prior to departure) an administration fee of 25% of the registration price will apply.
2. If you cancel after January 26, 2026 an administrative fee of 100% of the registration price will apply. If cancellation occurs within this period and full payment has not been received, the full penalty will still apply and the unpaid monies are due immediately.
3. Once a trip has departed there will be no refunds for any unused portions of the trip.
If you cancel at any time but are able to secure a replacement who registers and pays in full for this trip at the same or a higher rate, any funds you have paid to i-SUSTAIN that have not already been used to cover the cost of non-refundable expenses will be refunded in full.

I agree that i-SUSTAIN is not liable for any additional expenses that I may have incurred, such as airfare.
