Trade for Tattoo Services Agreement with Raven Wrathmore

Hi there! This document constitutes a binding contract between Client’s Name (hereinafter “Client”) and Raven Wrathmore of Little Witch Tattoo (hereinafter “Tattoo Artist”), regulating the exchange of tattoo services and the ownership and use of resulting works and promotional materials (collectively hereafter the “Work”). Basis of Agreement is based on a non-monetary trade arrangement where: The Client provides: [describe goods/services being traded, e.g., photography session, artwork, supplies, equipment, etc.]. The Tattoo Artist provides tattoo services in exchange. Both parties agree that the fair market value of the exchanged items/services is equivalent and mutually satisfactory, unless otherwise specified in the section below. Value of Trade For clarity and bookkeeping purposes, the parties assign the following values: Tattoo Services Value: $________ CADClient Trade Value (goods/services): $________ .....Additional Monetary Balance (If Applicable)If the value of the tattoo services exceeds the agreed trade, the Client agrees to pay the difference in monetary compensation. _____________________This additional payment, together with the goods/services provided by the Client, will constitute full and fair compensation for the Tattoo Artist’s work. Usage & RightsThe tattoo itself is a permanent work of body art owned by the Client as part of their body. The Tattoo Artist retains full copyright and moral rights to the tattoo design, sketches, stencils, and any photographs of the tattoo(s). The Tattoo Artist may use images of the tattoo(s) for portfolio, promotional, and professional purposes (e.g., social media, website, marketing, conventions, competitions, and publications). The Client may share personal photos of the tattoo(s) but agrees to credit the Tattoo Artist when posting or displaying publicly. Neither party may commercially exploit images of the tattoo(s) without a separate written agreement. Acknowledgment & Liability The Client understands the permanent nature of tattoos and accepts all risks associated with the tattoo procedure as outlined in the Tattoo Artist’s standard consent and waiver forms. The Client affirms that they are entering into this arrangement of their own free will, without force, coercion, or threat. The Tattoo Artist shall not be held liable for any claim or damages related to the lawful promotional use of tattoo images. Items will either be traded before the session or day of.
