I understand that Claim Support Co Ltd provides administrative and document preparation services only.
This includes:
- organising documents and evidence
- preparing timelines
- formatting bundles
- drafting correspondence based on my instruction
2. No Legal, Tax, or Professional Advice
I understand that Claim Support Co Ltd:
- does not give legal advice
- does not give tax advice
- does not provide case strategy
- does not advise on merits or outcomes
- does not act as my representative
3. My Responsibility for Content
I confirm that:
- all information and documents I provide are accurate
- I am responsible for all facts and statements included
- Claim Support Co Ltd drafts documents based solely on my instructions
- I will review all drafts before submitting them to any third party
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
- I acknowledge that Claim Support Co Ltd makes no guarantee regarding:
- the success of my case
- the response from HMRC, a court, or any third party
- decisions made by any authority
5. Limitation of Liability
- I agree that Claim Support Co Ltd is not liable for:
- decisions made based on documents I provide
- outcomes arising from my case
- errors in information I supplied
- delays caused by my inaction
6. Permission to Prepare Documents
- I authorise Claim Support Co Ltd to prepare documents for me based on my instructions.
7. Confirmation
- By signing below, I confirm I understand and accept all terms of this agreement.
