**Colorology –Terms & Conditions & Booking Policies**
By registering your child in any Colorology program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions and Booking Policies.
1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Registration is confirmed only once full payment has been received, unless otherwise stated.
All program fees must be paid in advance of program start.
Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Colorology reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.
2. AGE REQUIREMENTS
Children must meet the age requirements specified for each program by the start date.
Exceptions will not be made for children under the stated minimum age.
3. CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
Written notice is required for all program cancellations or withdrawals.
Unless otherwise stated:
No refunds are provided for missed classes due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts.
Registration fees and deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If notice is not received within the stated timeline (48 hours for classes/workshops and 14 days for camps), the full program fee remains due.
If a program is cancelled by Colorology due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive either a credit or full refund.
4. MISSED CLASSES & MAKE-UPS
Missed classes are not guaranteed make-ups.
Make-up classes, if offered, must be used within the same session and specified timeframe and are not transferable or refundable.
5. DROP-OFF, PICK-UP & SUPERVISION
Children must be dropped off and picked up on time according to the scheduled class hours.
Late pick-ups may result in late fees and/or cancellation of enrollment.
Children are only supervised during scheduled class times. Colorology is not responsible for children before formal drop-off or after pick-up.
6. BEHAVIOUR POLICY
All children are expected to follow studio rules and behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and peers.
Disruptive, unsafe, or aggressive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
7. HEALTH, ALLERGIES & MEDICAL
Parents/guardians must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at registration.
Emergency contact information must be provided and kept up to date.
In case of a medical emergency, Colorology staff may seek medical treatment if parents/guardians cannot be reached.
8. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participation in art, creative, and movement activities involves inherent risk.
By enrolling your child, you accept and assume all risks associated with program participation.
Colorology, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
9. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Colorology is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
We recommend that children do not bring valuables to class.
10. PHOTO, VIDEO & ARTWORK RELEASE
By registering your child, you grant permission for Colorology to use photographs, videos, and creative works of your child for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, website, and print materials.
If you do not dconsent, you must notify us in writing at the time of registration.
11. PROGRAM CHANGES
Colorology reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, content, or format as needed.
In cases of cancellation due to weather, instructor illness, or studio closure, families will be notified as soon as possible.
12. COMMUNICATION
Email is our primary method of communication. Parents/guardians are responsible for checking email regularly for updates, closures, or notices.
13. AGREEMENT
By completing registration, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all Colorology Terms & Conditions and Booking Policies outlined above.
