    Once the Electric School Buses (ESBs) and EVSE (Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment) have been procured and placed in-service, you must submit Semi-Annual Operation Reports for 3 years. A template for this report can be found here.

    Instructions to submit Semi-Annual Operation Reports:

    1. Download the Semi-Annual Operation Report template spreadsheet.
    2. Fill in the details for each ESB purchased and EVSE installed in the corresponding tabs at the bottom of the Excel Sheet.
    3. Upload the completed spreadsheet in the below section.
