  • Session Fees & Payment

  • Payment is due online upon booking the session on our website. Accepted forms of payment include: Credit/debit card.

    Coaching services are not covered by health insurance.

    Coaching fees may be tax-deductible as a business expense; please consult your CPA.

    Sessions must be paid in full to confirm your appointment. No session will be held without payment.

  • Coaching Relationship

  • As a client, I understand and agree that:

    • I understand that coaching focuses on future-oriented growth, mindset shifts, clarity, and action, not clinical healing or crisis management.
    • I am fully responsible for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being during coaching sessions, including the choices and decisions I make.
    • Coaching is a professional relationship intended to support the development and achievement of personal, professional, or business goals.
    • Coaching may involve exploring multiple areas of life (e.g., work, relationships, health, finances), and how I apply what I learn is my responsibility.
    • Coaching is not therapy, counseling, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for those services.
      If I am currently under the care of a mental health provider, I will consult them before engaging in coaching.
      Coaching does not include diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not reimbursed by insurance.
  • Confidentiality & Ethical Limits

    Your privacy is important. Although HIPAA or psychotherapy confidentiality laws do not legally bind life coaches, everything you share - including personal information, goals, and progress - will remain confidential unless you provide written permission otherwise.

    However, confidentiality is limited in the following circumstances:

    • Risk of Harm: If you indicate an intention to harm yourself or others, appropriate steps may be taken to ensure safety.
    • Abuse or Neglect: Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or vulnerable adult may be required to be reported by law.
    • Legal Requirements: If a court orders disclosure, I may be legally required to comply.

    Life coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for mental health conditions. If concerns outside the scope of coaching arise, I may provide referrals to qualified professionals.

    This is a co-creative relationship. I am not your therapist or consultant; I am your coach-your thinking partner. I use deep listening, reflection, and powerful questions to support awareness, mindset shifts, and intentional action.

    Transformation happens over time. Coaching facilitates insight, clarity, accountability, and aligned behavior change. What you apply between sessions determines your results.

  • Typical Session Frequency

    • Weekly (1-3 months): For major transitions, clarity-building, or deep mindset work
    • Every 2-3 weeks: For direction, structure, and ongoing support
    • Monthly: For accountability and maintenance
    • Quarterly: For long-term planning and check-ins

    YOUR ROLE AS A CLIENT

    You agree to: 

    • Arrive on time and fully present
    • Complete pre-session forms or reflection questions
    • Set an intention or focus for each session
    • Be open to new insights, feedback, and self-exploration
    • Communicate honestly about what is helpful
    • Take responsibility for applying strategies between sessions
    • You understand that your results depend on your level of engagement, follow-through, and willingness to try new approaches.

    MY ROLE AS A COACH

    • Provide a supportive, confidential space
    • Listen deeply and ask transformative, clarifying questions
    • Offer observations, reflections, and mindset tools
    • Challenge limiting beliefs when appropriate 
    • Support you in creating aligned goals and next steps 
    • Maintain professional ethics and clear boundaries

    I do not guarantee outcomes, as coaching success depends on your personal effort, choices, and circumstances.

     

  • BETWEEN SESSIONS

    You are welcome to email brief updates or questions. If your message requires deeper discussion, it may be addressed in your next session.

    Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

    Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

    No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee.

    All coaching sessions are non-refundable.

    Package sessions must be used within the designated time frame unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • TECHNOLOGY & SESSION FORMAT

    Sessions are conducted via phone or video. Please ensure you are in a quiet, private location with a reliable internet connection. If technological issues arise, the session will continue by phone.

  • DISCLAIMER

    Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, legal advice, medical treatment, or financial counseling. If clinical or crisis-level concerns emerge, I may recommend pausing coaching and seeking appropriate professional support. By signing below, you understand the differences between coaching and therapeutic or clinical services.
